How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
We roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 48 hours of roasting to ensure you experience the full flavor profile and aroma at its peak.
What is the shelf life of Wakuli Koffie?
For the best experience, we recommend consuming our coffee within 3 months of the roast date. Always store your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders over €30; otherwise, a flat rate applies based on your location.
Can I change or cancel my coffee subscription?
Yes, you have full control. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard without any hidden fees.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We work directly with farmers to ensure they receive a fair price that is significantly higher than the Fairtrade minimum, supporting sustainable livelihoods.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Beans' for maximum freshness or choose a specific grind size tailored for Espresso, Filter, or French Press.
