At Wakuli Koffie, we want you to enjoy every cup; however, due to the perishable nature of our fresh-roasted beans, we can only accept returns on non-food items or incorrect shipments. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt so we can make it right.

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or the reason for your return request.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a return authorization number and the correct shipping address for our warehouse.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the unused items in their original packaging and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
